How they trade Rules-based

Mostly rules-based quant screens rebalanced on a schedule (quarterly for the yield funds). Trinity, Global Momentum, Managed Futures and Tail Risk make tactical shifts between asset classes and hedges.

We will report each rebalance: the names that came in and the ones that went out. More on the difference.

Why follow them

When a value screen rebalances, the names it adds and drops are a ready-made research list. The tactical funds show where Meb's trend and risk models are pointing: into or out of stocks, bonds, commodities and hedges.

We publish a manager once we have at least 30 trading days of clean daily data, so the big moves and track record mean something on day one.
